Intentional touch guided by your body’s wisdom

My approach to massage therapy is rooted in both traditional bodywork and modern therapeutic techniques, blending methods like Thai massage, assisted stretching, Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy into a session that is entirely tailored to you.

Rather than offering a fixed “type” of massage, each session is intentionally customized through a combination of your goals, feedback, and my assessment of your body’s needs in the moment. Some sessions may focus on slow, grounding work to calm the nervous system, while others incorporate deeper pressure, fascial release, targeted muscle work, and assisted stretching to restore mobility and reduce chronic tension.

1:1 Sessions: Focused, individualized bodywork for tension release, mobility, and restoration.

Couples Sessions: A hands-on session designed for partners to learn how to support each other through simple bodywork techniques that promote connection, ease, and relaxation.

Small Group Sessions: A guided group session focused on learning simple, effective techniques for releasing tension and improving mobility through both self-work and partner-based practice.

Massage therapy sessions can be experienced in the comfort of your own home, and for those who prefer to step away, I also offer sessions at Soma Yoga Healing Center in Alexandria, VA.
