It has been found that musical vibrations make their impact upon the entire body, being picked up by the nerves, spinal column, and even by the bones. This is why people who are deaf can react to music. It has also been demonstrated that music affects the pulse, respiration, and blood pressure; but it’s deepest effects, and those from which most of it’s curative properties are derived, are mental and emotional.

Vibration as Medicine
Experience deep relaxation through sound and vibration. Also known as sound baths, sound meditation, or vibrational healing, these sessions use instruments such as singing bowls, drums, gongs, and chimes to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring the body into a more balanced state.
During a session, you lie down comfortably while I play the instruments around you. There’s nothing you need to do. You can close your eyes, breathe normally, and simply listen. Most people feel deeply relaxed, and some even fall asleep.
Sessions can support:
Stress and anxiety relief
Nervous system regulation
Mental clarity and emotional balance
Deep rest and reset
Sessions are available as:
Private 1:1 experiences
Small group sessions (couples, friends, family)
Special events and gatherings (birthdays, celebrations, bachelorette parties, corporate wellness experiences)
Each session is tailored to what you need in the moment, whether that’s deep relaxation or simply time to slow down and reconnect or can also be combined with other modalities I offer to create a more personalized and integrated experience.
Sessions can be experienced in the comfort of your own home, where I bring the instruments and create a sanctuary of sound in your familiar space. For those who prefer to step away, I also offer sessions at a yoga studio in Alexandria, VA.
