Each practice is shaped uniquely for you, blending elements of Vinyasa, Hatha, Gentle, Restorative, and Yin yoga, alongside mobility work, guided myofascial release, breathwork, and meditation. Together, we co-create a practice that reflects what you need most, whether that is cultivating strength and openness, supporting recovery and resilience, finding deep rest, or softening into stillness.

These sessions, which involve as much movement as your are feeling called to, can be experienced in the comfort of your own home, outdoors in your favorite nature spot or a yoga studio in Alexandria, VA.
