
Every practice is a chance to return to yourself. Sometimes that’s through gentle movement, sometimes through quiet breath or guided release. The practice is in being present, in listening, and in honoring whatever you need in the moment.
Presence as Practice
These sessions are an invitation to return to your body, your breath, and your inner rhythm. Each practice is shaped uniquely for you, blending elements of Vinyasa, Hatha, Gentle, Restorative, and Yin yoga, alongside mobility work, guided myofascial release, breathwork, and meditation. Together, we co-create a practice that reflects what you need most, whether that is cultivating strength and openness, supporting recovery and resilience, finding deep rest, or softening into stillness.
Rather than following a set sequence, our time together is intuitive and responsive, honoring the balance between movement and pause, These sessions are a blend of practice of awareness, presence, and connection—a way of weaving body, mind, and spirit into harmony.
Mindful Movement Sessions, which involves as much movement as your are feeling called to, can be experienced in the comfort of your own home, where I bring the instruments and create a sanctuary of sound in your familiar space. For those who prefer to step away, I also offer sessions in Alexandria, VA.
